Made with biodynamically-grown, old-vine Shiraz from the Swan Valley, this fortified wine was made using traditional techniques including the addition of old brandy spirit and bottling the wine within 2 years to retain its true character. This Vintage style is more concentrated than a Ruby and without the extended barrel ageing of our Rare Tawny, it can be enjoyed young or will continue to develop in the bottle for a number of decades.
